The Sheffield First Children and Young People's 0-19 Partnership (Sheffield's Children's Trust) covers all services to children and young people aged 0–19 in Sheffield.
 
In exceptional cases, the services provide support to young people with one or more disabilities and/or special educational need(s) beyond the age of 19 (represented in the logo by the plus or '+').
